Our Story
Some of our stories are more dramatic than others but, in one way or another, every single one of us on the ARE team knows what it's like to be marginalized by or even pushed out of an organization we care about because there just wasn't room, anymore, for who we are and what we bring to the table. We think this happens way too often to people. It might be happening in the organization you care about. It might be happening to you. This is bad for people. It's bad for the world. And it's not too good for all those organizations we care about, either.
We developed the Renewable Organization™ to help people live and work in a new way. The Renewable Organization is a system for helping people embrace the emerging future by replacing their old consumable and centralized approach to life and work with a more organic and decentralized way. The principles and practices of the Renewable Organization™ teach leaders how to unleash the power, creativity and passion of the people they work with, producing organizations that are more playful, purposeful, fruitful, adaptable, and resilient.
We believe organizations that can't make the shift from a consumable to a renewable way of living and working together will find themselves becoming increasingly toxic, as poisonous to people as they are to the planet. They will not survive the emerging future. But you can. We can help.
