I am curious how the workshops you did in January turned out? What did you learn from them?

Great question, Elizabeth! We had a GREAT time leading that first online workshop in January. I'm pretty convinced that people will be using this approach to learning more and more: it's way more convenient, it's cheaper than having to travel, and it's better stewardship of the planet's resources.
The NEW thing for us in Jan. was including a live online chat --- it took us awhile to get used to it and we tried a couple different approaches --- but it turned out to be a dynamic and interesting way to make the whole experience interactive. Participants learned as much from each other as from us --- and we learned some things from them, too!
Here's what participants said about the experience:
"Wow. I mean, this was a wow. I like the balance of presentation and discussion. I am very happy that more webinars will be coming. I would pay just to listen in on your conversations on a regular basis!"
"I could have had the entire staff do the webinar with me! I do hope the ning site will stay active for a while - maybe some conversations can continue there after the sessions are over."
Because of that last comment, starting with these new workshops, we are including recorded webinars and study guides in the price so you can do the workshop with your leaders. (Among other things, for those of you with budgets, that means you can either pay for these workshops using your continuing ed OR your adult ed/leadership training budget line!)
Hope you can join us for a workshop soon!
